In today's world it seems that service ends with the end of the sale and I would like to tell you that with Palace Imports that is simply not the case. I only gave them 5 stars because that is all I could give them. I purchased an armoire from them but in my haste I forgot to order extra pieces that I thought I could get after market. ★★★★★Abbey LarsenI'm really impressed with Palace Imports. I bought a wardrobe- it was in the 50-60" range and was Java color. We got this because our master closet is pretty small. This new wardrobe will fit so much stuff. It is quality too. It is all real wood and very heavy and solid. It was packaged well- FedEx did not treat it well when delivering it and it was still in perfect condition inside the box. The setup instructions were very easy to follow and it took my husband and I about 3 hours. The color is very nice and true on all of the pieces. All of the pieces fit perfectly together- you can tell care was taken when making each piece. We had all of the materials we needed as well plus extras. Customer service is amazing too. They actually respond to emails. They are helpful and respond quickly. I will definitely purchase from Palace Imports in the future.
